Receipt & Diagnosis

Once the article is received by our workshop, we'll immediately inform you and your client. Lead times and a breakdown of the process will also be provided enabling complete transparency.

For our Professional and Enterprise partners, we'll provide a 'void of warranty' check on every article in alignment with your company policies.

Allocated to Expert

After diagnosis, the article is allocated to a specific expert. Every goldsmith, diamond & gemstone seter, polisher and engraver on our team has at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Any additional best practices that you'd like the team to adhere to can be instructed to us during the on-boarding.

Reviewed & Shipped

The article is then reviewed by another team member to add a secondary layer of quality control. We'll provide you with a photo or video; once approved we'll invoice and ship for next day delivery.

Additionally, we can liase directly with your team to provide individual, client-specific services.
