A Concierge Service for All
Every item that enters our workshop is assigned to a dedicated manager. There are no call centres or automated phone systems. You and your clients can communicate with us through e-mail, phone or even WhatsApp!

How it Works
Designed to be Simple, Convenient and Safe.
Dedicated Concierge
Each member of our concierge team is a jewellery expert. From the moment you get in touch, we'll guide you throughout the process, with any questions answered effortlessly.
Receipt & Diagnosis
Once the article is received by our workshop, we'll immediately inform you. Lead times and a breakdown of the process will also be provided enabling complete transparency.
Allocated to Expert
Once diagnosed, the article is allocated to a specific expert. Every goldsmith, diamond & gemstone seter, polisher and engraver on our team has at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Reviewed & Shipped
The article is then reviewed by another team member to add a secondary layer of quality control. We'll provide you with a photo or video; once approved we'll invoice and ship for next day delivery.

If you're looking to create a bespoke engagement ring for a diamond you already own - we'd be delighted to work with it and bring your vision to life.
9kt Gold & 22kt Gold
We are able to provide jewellery services for 9kt Gold (Yellow, White & Rose) and 22kt Gold articles as well.
